The Sweden Africa Chamber, in collaboration with the Embassy of Angola in Stockholm, successfully hosted an informational event titled “Doing Sustainable Business with Angola.” The gathering aimed to deepen bilateral trade relations and promote sustainable investment opportunities in one of Africa’s fastest-growing economies.
The event opened with a keynote address by Her Excellency Ambassador Cecília Rosário, who provided a comprehensive overview of Angola’s economic landscape. She highlighted the country’s recent strides in infrastructure development, its abundant natural resources, and the government’s commitment to sustainable development and responsible business practices.
The session was moderated by Åsa Jarskog, President of the Sweden Africa Chamber, who facilitated engaging discussions on the practicalities and prospects of doing business in Angola.
The event drew a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from the finance, energy, transportation, industrial design, and consulting sectors. Attendees had the opportunity to exchange insights, explore partnerships, and gain valuable knowledge about Angola’s evolving market dynamics.
